Counselling is advisory in nature. The final decision regarding the selection of a school, college, university, course, or career path remains with the student and/or parent/guardian.

Students and parents are required to provide accurate contact details and remain available for important admission-related communications.

My School College may communicate through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other appropriate communication channels.

My School College shall not be responsible for delays or missed opportunities resulting from incorrect contact details or failure to respond within the required timeframe.

All information and documents submitted by students and parents must be genuine and accurate.

My School College reserves the right to discontinue services in cases involving fraudulent or false documents, misrepresentation, abusive behaviour, harassment, unlawful activity, or unethical conduct, subject to applicable law.

Any amount paid directly to a school, college, university, examination body, hostel, payment gateway, or other third party shall be governed by the respective organisation's terms and refund policy.

My School College shall not be responsible for refunds or disputes relating to payments made directly to third parties.

My School College will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and timely counselling and admission assistance.

However, My School College shall not be liable for admission rejection, institutional decisions, delays, policy changes, seat unavailability, technical failures, or other circumstances caused by educational institutions, government authorities, payment providers, or other third parties.

• Understood that final admission decisions are subject to the concerned institution.
